Bovinda Cottage rests in the heart of Bettystown Village, just 50 meters from 10kms of sandy beaches that make up Meath's Gold Coast. This beautiful stretch of beach runs from the Mouth of the Boyne to the Delvin river at Gormanstown. It is ideal for walking, swimming, horse-riding, sand & water sports or simply for all to explore.
Bettystown is close to a host of attractions for families.....Tayto Park (Emerald Park), Funtasia, the beach, Newgrange Farm, Newgrange, Game of Thrones Boat Tours, The Irish Military War Museum.....the list goes on.
Less than 30 minutes from Dublin Airport and 5 minutes from the train that takes you to Dublin or Belfast with many coastal stops in-between and beyond. There is also a regular bus service to Dublin City Centre and the Town of Drogheda, giving you easy access to a host of exciting activities.
